3.2 Accurate Information. 3.4 Verification (KYC). 55bwn may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 55bwn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55bwn does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 55bwn aims to process approved withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 55bwn reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 55bwn reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55bwn is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 55bwn are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 5.4 Modification. 55bwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.
